- Log in to your Haute Cucire account on the app or website where you placed your order.
- Navigate to the "Me" section on the home page.
- Select the order you want to return from your order list.
- Choose the product(s) you want to return and specify the quantity. If multiple items are being returned, submit a request for each product individually.
- Select the reason for return and provide additional details about the issue.
- Upload clear images related to the issue for our team’s review.
- Provide the pickup address, expected pickup time, and bank details if you paid via COD.
- Submit your request.
Key Details About Our Return Policy
- Eligible Items for Return: Most items are returnable. However, lingerie, jewelry, holiday accessories, and certain surfer swimsuits are exceptions. Always check the product details page for specific information.
- Exclusions for Health and Hygiene Standards: Innerwear (Underwear, Briefs, Boxers, Trunks, Camisoles, Crop/Tank Tops, Inner Tank tops, Panties, Hipsters, Boyleg, Shorties, Bloomers, Slips, Vests, etc.)
- Exchange Policy: Currently, we do not facilitate product exchanges.
- Condition for Returns: Items must be returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. Items must not have been used.
- Refund Process: Once your return passes a quality check upon receipt at our warehouse, your refund will be processed.
- Timeline for Refunds: Refunds typically settle into your account within 5-14 working days after pickup and quality confirmation.
Note: Only the item cost will be refunded. Shipping fees, COD service charges, and other additional fees are non-refundable.

- Free reverse pick-up gets arranged by us if the area is serviceable by our courier partner; otherwise, self-shipment is required.
- Refund gets queued for processing to the banking partner after successful pick-up.
- Return through self-shipment can also be done with the original packaging to the provided address below.

- A defect is defined as any irregularity or flaw that surpasses normal wear and tear. In the rare event that you discover a defective product, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly and efficiently, regardless of where it was purchased.
- Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us, and our dedicated customer service team will guide you through the entire resolution process.
- Providing images showing the full front and back views of the defective product, the product label, and highlighting the area of defect will expedite our assistance.
- Upon acceptance of your claim, we will gladly offer a refund or E-Gift card for the garment. Please note that E-Gift cards are applicable only for purchases made through www.hautecucire.com . Additionally, we may request the defective product for internal analysis and inspection purposes.
- Your satisfaction is our utmost priority, and we are committed to ensuring a resolution to any concerns you may have regarding our products.

- 2. Deflected Items: A defect is defined as any irregularity or flaw that surpasses normal wear and tear. In the rare event that you discover a defective product, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly and efficiently, regardless of where it was purchased.
- 3. Gifts & Offers: If an item comes with a free gift or offer, the gift must also be returned to process the refund.
- 4. Mistaken Returns: Haute Cucire will not be responsible for returns made by mistake or the return of extra/different items.
- 5. Lost Orders: If the order is lost in transit or undelivered due to logistics issues, a full refund will be provided if payment was made online.
- 6. Rejected Orders at Delivery: Convenience Fees are non-refundable if the order is rejected at the time of delivery.
- 7. Partial Cancellation or Returns: Convenience Fees will not be refunded if you cancel only a part of your order or return only part of your order.
- 8. Failed Refunds Due to Incorrect Bank Details: If you return items but the refund fails because of inactive/incorrect bank details, you must share the updated and accurate details within 1 year of the return date. Refunds unclaimed after this period will be forfeited.
- 9. Convenience Fee Refund: Refunds for Convenience Fees apply only in case of full order cancellations.
- 10. Violations of Fair Usage Policy: If your return behavior violates Haute Cucire’s fair usage policy, shipping or convenience fees will not be refundable, regardless of order value.
