Eligibility for Returns
Time Frame Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be in unused, undamaged, unwashed, and saleable condition. All original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation must be provided with the returned items.
Return Process
Return by Mail: If you wish to return your items by post, please ensure they are securely packaged. Use the provided return label or contact our customer service for assistance.
Return to Store: You may return your online order at any of our participating stores if applicable. Please check our website for a list of locations.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you prefer. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed. Free Gifts: If the return of purchased items causes you to no longer meet the minimum criteria for receiving a free gift, the free item must also be returned.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement or a full refund.
