Refund policy

At Haute Cucire, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve made our Return & Refund Policy simple and transparent.

1.⁠ ⁠Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return, exchange, or refund within 3 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all tags and original packaging intact.

For hygiene and safety reasons, lingerie is not eligible for return/refund.

Sale/discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

2.⁠ ⁠How to Initiate a Return

Email us at wecare@hautecucire.com
with your order ID and reason for return/refund.

Once approved, we will share the return shipping address and instructions.

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

3.⁠ ⁠Refund Options

We offer two flexible options:

Exchange: Swap for another size or product.

Refund: In case of a defective, damaged, or wrong product, you may opt for a full refund to your original payment method.

4.⁠ ⁠Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval.

5.⁠ ⁠Exceptions

Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not qualify for a return/refund.
